The Norwegian jazz legend Bugge Wesseltoft and the space disco auteur Prins Thomas will release a self-titled album via Smalltown Supersound on July 20. The first track of the album, “Furuberget,” is available to stream now.
Wesseltoft introduced his first conception of jazz music to the Norwegian world in the late 1990s. It was composition of jazz, hip-hop, and techno beats, which later became part of the golden times for Norwegian music. Later on, Thomas came to be the epicenter of the beginning of the electronic dance genre, ‘space disco.’
Now, both Norwegian artists are coming together as a contribution for this self-titled album.
