Newcastle rocker, Demi Mitchell released her debut album, The Overflow. The album was recorded on a solo trip to Melbourne to work with Roger Bergodaz at Union St Studio Melbourne in three days.
Mitchell explained the album is “an insight into a snippet of time in my life where I turned to music and writing to reconnect with parts of myself I thought were lost. The songs are about feeling paralysed by your own mind and mustering the strength to do something about it.”
