The iconic Colombian band, Aterciopelados, were nominated for Best Latin Rock, Urban, or Alternative Album for Claroscura. The band will be in attendance at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday, now having been nominated for the fourth time.
Cienfue, aka Camilo Navarro Quelquejeu, has released his English language debut, “Life in the Tropics.” The track comes from his upcoming album which will be his first ever in English. Cienfue’s unique sounds shows an eclectic blend of genre that create a true psychedelic tropical sensation.
The UK psychedelic band, the Flamingods, have announced their latest album Levitation will be out via Moshi Moshi. The album announcement comes along with a video single for the track, “Marigold,” which follows the Flamingods taking a road trip to Nizwa, Oman.
Emma Ruth Rundle has announced tour dates with Thou, and MONO, starting tomorrow. But along with the tour dates, Rundle has also released the documentary she made on her 2017 album On Dark Horses which came out on Sargent House.
CHAI, the Japanese four piece, released the latest track from their forthcoming album, PUNK which will be out March 15th on Burger Records. The video for the newest track, Choose Go!” was directed by Team Makensei, a Japan based creative collaborative.
Foxygen, the band of Sam France and Jonathon Rado, released “Livin’ a Lie,” their newest track to announce their new album: Seeing Other People. The album will be out April 26th via Jagjaguwar Records. The album takes the band in a new direction being entirely written and produced by the band in Sonora Recorders in Los Feliz, CA.
Blaenavon have released the video for the track, “Catatonic Skinbag,” which they released earlier this year and will be on their forthcoming album, Everything That Makes You Happy via Canvasback Music.
